This site will be my informational site regarding php and the use of smart cards. I’ve worked with smart cards in the past with a previous employer and realized that this technology should be how the internet and credentials should be done. Being a big php fan, I started looking for php solutions for smart cards, and found none. There are a ton of little pieces of a solution, but nothing that brings them all together into a solution that meets the needs of web developers, easy for users to use, and open that anyone can get involved.
